Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager and Executive (Design Focus)
Company : SPACES REIMGINAGED by Khor Design
Salary Range: MYR2,800 - MYR8,500
Location: Remote work and also (Option to work physically in Johor Bahru or Singapore)
Reports To: Design Manager

x1 Corporate Sales Executive
Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that targets high-value clients within the design industry
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals)
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their design needs and challenges
- Deliver clear and concise presentations showcasing our design solutions and their ROI
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure proposals align with client requirements
- Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting
Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor's degree in any related field
(2) 1-2 years of experience of Sales Experience
(3) Strong understanding of interior design principles and concepts
(4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
