**POSITION PURPOSE**

**1. STRATEGIC**
- To carry out Body & Paint Planning Department planned activities and providing support to B&P outlets in ensuring their smooth and effective operations.

**2. OPERATIONAL**
- Achieve nationwide B&P Sales & CPUS
- Provide operation support to B&P Outlets in completing adhoc projects
- Communicate and coordinate with other Division/Department in ensuring efficient operations at B&P Outlets
- Guide and support Dealers on new B&P Outlets requirements
- Compliance to UMWT operations policy and authorities requirement
- Reporting Line: Senior Manager, B&P Planning & Outlet Support_

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achiebe B&P Sales and B&P CPUS target for Toyota and Lexus
- WIP & debtor monitoring
- B&P contractor evaluation and annual quality audit
- 100% parts purchase from SPLD
- Window for dealer to communicate with insurance company. JPJ, PUSPAKOM, PIAM and other government bodies
- Guide and support Dealers to carry out B&P kaizen activities
- Develop B&P Operations Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
- Coordinate the training program for B&P Outlet staff
- Monitor manpower for outlets

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related Skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Experience
- 3 years or more working experience is preferred

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
