**Responsibilities**:
1. Good organization skill.
2. Monitor and generate and reports for employee's attendance
3. Prepare issue memos or related letter.
4. To maintain and update employee's key information.
5. Perform proper filling of all HR related document, both paper and electronic document.
6. Responsible for recruitment process.
7. Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
8. Working Hours Mon to Friday 9.00am ~ 6.15pm.
