Responsibilities:
1. Engage in all general administrative tasks for the Company.

2. Assist and coordinate technical team schedule and daily job tasks.

3. Collect, compile and submit report for the job tasks completed from technical team.

4. To ensure a proper stock level is maintained and handle delivering issues.

5. Maintaining clients report in systems and database.

6. Assisting with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoice, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial record.

7. Organizing and maintaining records, files and documents and developing filing systems and procedures for efficient document retrieval and storage.

8. Managing day to day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.

9. Providing general administrative support to employees and department as required.

Requirement:
3. Open to fresh grads with strong willingness to learn / 1 year working experience as an operation administration or in a similar position.

4. Mature, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point.

6. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
