Job descriptions:
1. Purchasing
- Liaise with supplier
- Issue PO
- Check delivery schedule, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of the PO
- Responsible for any other related duties as assigned

2. Administration

a. Tenancy
- Deal with owner/tenant
- Handle & prepare agreement
- Keep track on the tenancy agreement and renew/terminate in a timely manner

b. Reports
- Prepare, update, and check daily manuring reports
- Prepare, update, and check monthly report (upkeep/stock/summary)

c. Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to speak and read Mandarin, English, and Malay
