Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure that Order Fulfillment is carried out efficiently and accurately
- Attend efficiently to customer enquiries, complaints and process sales orders
- Process, monitor and follow up on contracts or quotations made by the sales team
- Assist in preparing Vendor Purchase Order and entering GRN.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, purchasing and sales departments as well as within the
- Group’s entities to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Provide telesales support to the sales team especially on existing customers or repeat orders
- Ensure proper billing to customer.
- Ensure all cash sales are collected back.
- Advise customers on credit block when they are order or delivery and liaise with Sales partners accordingly.
- Prepare relevant documents to customers eg Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Halal Cert etc.
- Monitor customer outstanding order and stock inventory. Provide status update on inventory to sales team and/or Head of Department on regular basis
- Ensure that transportation cost is monitored, controlled and optimized.
- Prepare relevant correspondences and functional reports
- Preparing, photocopying, filing and scanning of documents
- Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary
Job Requirements:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
