**Primary Objective**:

- Assist Business Compliance Officer (BCO) in management reporting related to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing Terrorism (AML/ CFT) for Group Wholesale Banking (GWB) and other compliance reporting requirements
- Perform analysis on independent validation on key AML/CFT and regulatory compliance risk areas for GWB
- Support BCO in providing assurance to Senior Management on the business unit’s compliance to regulatory requirements
- Support BCO on AML/CFT matters on day to day issues, governance and meeting such as AMLC, PSC, GWBC
- Develop & enhance compliance competency, culture and training plans
- Assist & support initiatives under Group Integrity for GWB

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the GWB’s overall compliance risk governance & oversight framework are aligned with Group Compliance (GC) and regulatory expectations
- Oversee the establishment, development and maintenance of appropriate governance and oversight of the accountabilities in managing compliance and AML/CFT risk of GWB which include relevant policies and procedures
- Oversee the identification and assessment of compliance and AML/CFT risk within GWB, this include establish and strengthening approaches in compliance and AML/CFT risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities
- Key contact person for any issues related to AML/CFT with GC and regulator
- Keeping BCO inform on the regulatory requirement development and its implication to the GWB’s risk profile
- Assist BCO to review compliance risks appetites and supporting metrics across the division/ business within GWB
- Support the BCO on AML/CFT matters on day to day issues, governance and meeting such as AMLC, PSC, GWBC
- Prepare and review for any deviation/variation paper of the Group AML/CFT guidelines for any related governance forum
- Responsible and monitor AML/CFT reporting wireframe reporting i.e Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Key Control Indicator (KCI) for GWB
- Design, prepare & continuously improve the compliance report to Senior Management/Board
- Establish & monitor a regulatory submission register for compliance related to GC
- Ensure timely submission for GC’s reporting to senior management and regulator
- Monitor the implementation of the Group Compliance program (ie Regulatory Compliance & AML requirement included)
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues and findings related to regulatory non-compliances and develop lesson learnt
- Ensure to embed compliance culture & communicating any updates relating to compliance policies, guidelines etc
- Implement & develop provision of training - deeper embedding of compliance knowledge in business
- Ensure adequate level of awareness and knowledge capacity across all departments within GWB in relation to Compliance and AML risk

Subject matter expertise
- Provide support and guidance to Business on Compliance and AML matters
- Support best practice sharing across teams and actively introduce innovation

Standard enforcement
- Ensure team members follow the standards and practices of their functional expertise
- Ensure key information is cascaded and necessary documentations are created (reports)
- Support implementation of any initiatives at the team level
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Minimum degree in related field..
- Advance Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from AICB, Advance Certificate in AML from AICB or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Compliance or AML related initiatives.
