**Primary Objective**:

- To drive deposit business from customer acquisitions and building balances.
- Propose, plan, manage & execute marketing & business activities according to product strategy to meet planned goals & objectives.
- Management of deposit products that includes conducting periodic / annual reviews and enhancements, monitoring performances and provide on-going support to the internal stakeholders in all matters related to deposit products.
- Manage and deliver key business deliverables in products portfolio and initiatives by ensuring it’s compliance with all regulatory guidelines with respect to acquisition of new deposit and products offered to Bank customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Management
- Portfolio management for Deposit products
- to execute overall product strategy and product promotions.
- Develop & enhance retail Conventional and Islamic scheme deposit products from end-to-end to align with the product segment strategy; from ideation, market research, testing or survey, review as well as handling management & regulatory approvals
- Oversee all aspects of product management including technology requirements and enhancements, product collaterals & documents such as terms and conditions.
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans and promotional strategy along with product positioning
- Determine & implement effective pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness & affordability
- Work with various stakeholders throughout the product and process development stages.
- Develop promotion programmes, execute products upselling and cross selling strategy towards achievement of deposit target and improving the customer experience
- Work with stakeholders to evaluate product strategy and to align with overall RHB Bank Group direction and to ensure the LD Ratio is on track & profitability
- Enhance and develop innovative processes and ideas directly related to deposit activities to match the market developments and customer needs
- Monitor and track deposits initiatives e.g balances, ROI and Net Interest Income (NII) to ensure balance deposits portfolio for optimal revenue.
- Benchmark bank's products, services, fees and charges with our competitors by conducting product research and industry analysis on regular basis
- Support branch network in product, promotion and campaign related matters
- Review and assess the product information page, terms and conditions to ensure consistency across all the channels
- Review and assess product portfolio policies to ensure it’s in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Analyse sales performance for new product and manage underlying business and product risks and tracking product profitability.
- Prepare/review marketing materials, communicate new product launch, determine campaigns structure, conduct new product training and manage product exit process.

Others
- Coordinate and provide support on related matters/enquiries to ensure adequate service level to customers
- Ensure all the initiative/ system/processes are in compliance to regulation requirements and guidelines
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking with exposures in product development/ product management/ marketing
- Strong and effective team player
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, planning and communication skills
