Job description

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the CEO's day-to-day calendar of activities and ensuring that workflow runs smoothly. You will act as a reliable and trusted partner, handling both professional and personal tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Hard Skills:

- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation.
- Efficient calendar management and scheduling abilities.
- Proficient in conducting online research and gathering information.

Soft Skills:

- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
