**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Act as a liaison and provide administrative support to Senior Associate Manager, Corporate - CEO Secretariat, for maintaining CEO office and EC Leadership.
- Maintain a well-organized category management filing / archiving system / database maintenance for CEO & Corporate Office
- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings and events.
- Coordinate room reservations, conference call facilities, amenities checklist and meeting refreshments for CEO & EC leadership, record and follow up on meeting minutes whenever required.
- Welcome and attend to visitors, guests, and clients during functions, corporate visits, and off-site meetings.
- Draft letters and handle internal and external correspondences, for example government agencies & embassies.
- VIP Partners & customers database maintenance for CEO
- Arrange festive / special occasional gifts to VIP guests
- Monitor personal driver’s movement and OT claim validation before submission to authorizers for approvals
- Collects and compile requested data and information from various departments
- Assist in organizing corporate events if required.
- Assist the CEO Secretariat Office with ad-hoc/special projects and research as and when required
- Assist and handle personal matters for CEO & EC Leadership, if required
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the top management

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
