Assistant Manager Admission

_**Job Scope**:_
- Responsible for all matters relating to students’ admission;
- To contribute ideas and proposals for marketing strategies to derive enrolments.
- To assist and support the institution in organizing online and offline events.
- To actively participate in leads generation and conversion activities.
- To provide relevant educational and admission advice to facilitate student admission as per the institution's guidelines.
- To handle enquiries and to provide good support services to the prospects and students.
- To support the regional centre or regional support centres to achieve the individual and group sales targets.
- To ensure that prospective students receive feedback on decisions when requested;
- To monitor number of offers being made and ensure that targets are achieved;
- Maintain good customers relationship by providing information with courtesy, speed and professionalism; and
- Liasing with other branches on all matters relating to students as well as with government department and authorities.
- **Requirement**:_
- Previous experience with telemarketing will be a strong advantage.
- High level of oral and written competence in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous, detailed and systematic;
- Good telephone ethics, discrete, energetic and possess a positive attitude;
**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
