- Respond to all incoming customer’s calls with good telephone skills.
- Direct all activities as related to the area of customer service and allocations.
- Correctly identify call type, utilise existing systems to comply logging procedures.
- Prepare delivery order, stock control/planning (in and out) and identify stock replenishment needs.
- Store checking and prepare accurate Inventory Reports.
- Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service functions.
- Proficient in using SQL software system.

**Job Requirement: -**
- Possessing at least Diploma / Degree qualification in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in customer support in any industry.
- Intermediate or Advanced and demonstrated skill in MS office.
- Ability, experience delivering frontline customer service.
- Ability, experience, and success with building strong working relationships with team members and management.
- Ability to quickly analyze data and provide trends/coaching to team member in order to improve the customer experience.
- Aptitude to review business processes for maximum proficiency and recommend/execute changes as needed to improve the customer experience.
- Reliable to diligently solve the issues immediately.
- Experience in managing cross-team projects to completion.
- Committed and a good team player with willingness to step into a leadership role.
