Our base is in India, Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and USA. We are a Direct Sourcing Partner Company of the different top BPOs offshore and onshore.

**Job title: Recruitment Lead Coordinator**

Work Setup: Remote, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: 1KMYR - 2K MYR

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A graduate of any degree
- Must have experience in recruitment or sales
- With BPO recruitment is an advantage
- Average communication skills
- A team player and can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle work pressure and a strong personality
- Amenable to work from home
- Preferably an Indian or Filipino currently living in Malaysia
- Chinese or Mandarin race is also welcome

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Close coordination with clients and Managers in sending endorsements
- Handles BPO partners in Malaysia
- Set personal endorsement goals
- Continuous follow-up with clients is necessary
