**Tanggungjawab**

**Business Development**:

- Membangunkan dan melaksanakan strategi pertumbuhan yang tertumpu kepada keuntungan kewangan syarikat.
- Menjalankan penyelidikan untuk mengenalpasti pasaran baharu dan potensi perniagaan.
- Mencari dan mengatur perjumpaan dengan pihak yang berkaitan untuk membangunkan perniagaan.
- Memastikan setiap aktiviti harus patuh kepada peraturan dan garis panduan yang telah ditetapkan.
- Membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan, pembekal dan sebagainya demi membangunkan perniagaan syarikat.
- Menghadiri sebarang mesyuarat, kursus atau kerja luar mengikut arahan yang dikeluarkan oleh pengurusan.
- Bekerjasama dengan pengurus dan ketua pegawai eksekutif untuk membangunkan sebut harga dan cadangan untuk pelanggan.
- Mencari dan membangunkan pasaran baharu bagi meningkatkan keuntungan kewangan syarikat.

**Project Assitant**:

- Bertanggungjawab mencari projek-projek baru dan mengurus, menyelaras, menyelia dan memantau projek-projek syarikat dari masa ke semasa.
- Memastikan perancangan projek terperinci dan komprehensif dan menyediakan dokumen pelan/prosedur untuk mengurus, membajet, mengawal kewangan projek, memantau dan mengawal projek supaya projek dapat dilaksanakan mengikut skop, masa dan kualiti yang telah ditetapkan.
- Mengenalpasti teknik dan standard/piawaian kualiti untuk memastikan projek dilaksanakan mengikut kualiti yang dipersetujui.
- Mendokumenkan risiko projek (perkara yang membawa impak negatif dijangka akan dihadapi) semasa pelaksanaan projek dan tatacara untuk menangani risiko berkenaan.
- Menguruskan semua sumber projek dengan baik serta memantau dan mengawal pelaksanaan projek supaya projek dapat disiapkan mengikut perancangan.
- Menyediakan laporan berkala dan lain-lain laporan yang merekodkan sekurang-kurangnya maklumat tarikh mula, nama projek, status kemajuan projek dan tarikh siap bagi setiap projek kepada pengurus dan ketua pegawai eksekutif.
- Menjaga kepentingan syarikat dengan membuat laporan terus kepada pengurus dan ketua pegawai eksekutif.
- Menghadiri sebarang mesyuarat, kursus atau kerja luar mengikut arahan yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
- Boleh diarahkan bekerja pada bila-bila masa dan di mana-mana tempat yang diperlukan oleh syarikat.
- Melakukan lawatan ke tapak projek secara berkala.
- Mengekalkan hubungan professional dengan pihak yang berkaitan dan pihak berkepentingan.
- Menyelaras dengan pihak berkaitan dan berkepentingan bagi memastikan kelangsungan projek.

**Kelayakan Utama**:
Pendidikan:

- Sekurangnya ijazah sarjana muda di dalam pengurusan projek, pengurusan perniagaan atau yang berkaitan.

Kemahiran:

- Mempunyai kebolehan menggunakan MS Office.
- Kebolehan berbahasa Inggeris dan berbahasa melayu,
- Kemahiran berkomunikasi dan berunding dengan pelbagai pihak.
- Kebolehan bekerja secara bersendirian dan juga di dalam pasukan.
- Kemahiran merancang dan mengurus masa.
- Digalakkan mempunyai Sijil Project Management Professional (PMP).

Pengalaman:

- 4-6 tahun pengalaman bekerja di dalam industri pertanian atau perladangan.
- Sekurangnya 3 tahun pengalaman mengetuai projek dan membangunkan perniagaan.
- Pengalaman berunding dengan perlbagai pihak seperti pelanggan dan pembekal.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
