Purchasing Administrator

Duties & responsibilities - Providing administration and clerical support to procurement teams by performing general administrative duties - Maintain records of goods ordered and received. - To call for quotations / tender / prices for projects from selected approved sub-contractor / vendor list after breaking down scope according to trades (at least 3 quotations). - Follow up call ordered and delivery. - Sample requisition for sample submissions and approval - To process supplier invoice for payment by matching invoice with DO and negotiations with suppliers. - To coordinate with project department on material lead time and logistic planning To prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, equipment and work not issued under work order - To maintain control and inventory of machineries, tools, equipments and other materials. - To resolve any disputes which arises if any, and identifying areas for improvement in project's progress. ¬ Skills & qualification - A minimum of 1 years experience in purchasing, supply chain, materials management or equivalent field. - Knowledge of business and management principles involving strategic planning, quality control and costs.
