We are hiring Customer Service Executive - Salary Up to RM5000

Location: KL Sentral

Working Hour: Morning Shift
Working days: 5 days working & 2 days off

Job Responsibilities:

- Represents the company to investigate, evaluate and resolve product/medical complaints worldwide per FDA/ISO requirements.
- Monitors feedback activity using the complaint handling system to assess seriousness of adverse reactions and provide complaint resolution while promoting customer satisfaction.
- Provides education, product and service information while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Manages product returns, identifies quality signals and processes reimbursement claims.
- Proactively manages Health and Safety issues for the team, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
- Ensures that all team members comply fully with the security policies and requirements, ensuring staff are given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role, and taking appropriate action when non
- compliance is identified.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or professional license in Healthcare
- Proficient in (Korean/Cantonese/Mandarin) and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional medical related experience is required.
- Call centre or medical device experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in quality control environment also preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good command of the English language, verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
