**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Korean-speaking clients and internal staff.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations in both Korean and English languages.
- Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination with Korean-speaking clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and cultural nuances relevant to Korean business practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
Language: Good at Written and Verbal communication in Korea, English and others
(Korea and English is a must for communication with client)
Experience: Proven 3-5 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural or international business environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
