Business Development Executive

To develop new/potential customers based on the assigned territory in line with company strategy.
- To establish and maintain regular communication with customers in order to stimulate healthy relationships and secure business.
- To fulfill sales inquiries, ensure excellent and superior customer service, and respond timely to customers.
- Monitoring warehouse finished goods stock level to avoid out-of-supplies issue.
- Deliver new product information to customers and propose to list into customer branches.
- Responsible for sales collection and arrangement with customers for goods return or exchange.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
- Sample preparation for new customer/ business opportunity purpose.
- Performs any ad hoc task as requested by directors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
