- 能夠獨立工作,在緊迫的期限內完成任務並承受壓力。
- 精通電腦技能,使用 MS Office 和 ERP 系統。
- 擁有 HRMS 薪資系統經驗和精通普通話將是額外優勢。

- 使用薪資軟體管理並始終保持最新的員工資料。
- 透過將員工個人資料更新為協助新員工入職
- 薪資軟體
- 按要求向法定機構登記所有新員工
- 定期、及時收集並核實所有員工的考勤信息
- 每週將員工出勤和加班資料輸入薪資軟體
- 協助人力資源相關文件和合規性
- 確保遵守勞動法、辦公室安全法規和人力資源程序
- 在管理階層需要時協助執行臨時職責
- 執行部門經理/總監指派的其他臨時任務
