**You will play an important role as**:

- **Payroll**_
- To prepare payroll, and ensure timely contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.
- Managing Human Resource System (Auto Count) to maintain accurate employee records, data input and generate reports.
- Monitor & report employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record.
- Keep pay record confidential.
- **Recruitment**_
- Placement of advertisement and processing of applicants/arrange for interviews.
- Helps with interview/selection
- gives valuable input and recommendation.
- **Induction**_
- On-boarding for new staff.
- Brief of the clear job scope / functional role.
- Promotes a conducive and harmonious working environment.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- **HR Administration**_
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Prepare and issue memos / letters.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build employee morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required from management.

**Requirement**:

- At least Diploma/Degree Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At Least 5 years working experience.
- Have experience to manage a team of 30-50 peoples (3 branches)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Respond to inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in Auto Count Payroll will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
