Provide **HR Generalist **support,including:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**

1. Manage talent acquisition and the full recruitment process.
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- **Training & Development**

1. Reviews existing training programmes and suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement.
2. Conduct any other trainings from time to time as needed, such as intern trainings for employee work performance improvement.
3. Arranging external trainings for selected department employees for work performance improvement and to be claimable under the company's HRDF funds.
- **Employee Relation**

1. Provide advice and counselling in all disciplinary issues, domestic inquiries, and terminations, and ensure that actions taken by the company are in conformity with the labour laws and the company's rules and regulations.
2. Examine and attempt to resolve employee complaints, labour disputes, and grievances, as well as assist superiors with other requirements.
3. Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts by maintaining open communication and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- **HR Administration**

1. Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues or compliance, such as MPK, JTK, etc.
2. Assist in the upkeep of the employee handbook, policy, and organisational chart.
3. Control the documentation, especially for audit purposes.
4. Handle all types of HR letters and correspondence.

Provide support for other ad hoc HR and administrative operations tasks and projects as and when required.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**

diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practises
- Experience in HR generalist, including Recruitment and Hiring processes
- Knowledge and experience in managing industrial and employee relations issues
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
