Now in the direction of to make smart decisions with today’s most comprehensive, customizable HR software for small and mid-sized businesses. We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Payroll Executive to join our professional and dedicated **HAJRIS HOLDINGS**
- To provide high quality service to individuals (managers and employees) and to contribute to the long
- term development of the HR function ensuring a consistently high level of customer care is provided to all individuals and people who will be using the HR Service; also provide an effective and efficient output of work to meet the demands made of the role, and to assist in all aspects of the work undertaken by the Human Resources Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. EA declaration, Tax Returns, EPF and SOCSO
- Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
- Responsible for payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
- Submission of reporting of headcount and other relevant reporting on time to management and as when required
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Preparation & Submission summary salary reporting
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
- Other Administrative duties as when required
- Ability to explain about payroll matters to management and employees as when required
- Experience in managing foreign and local employee salary deduction and distribution
- Ability to manage both manual and payroll system salary calculation
- Process payroll and adjustment on-time
- Experience of handling payroll team of 250 and checking of payroll entry on time
- Ability to take on other responsibility as when required by HR
**Requirement & Qualifications**
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to do use the excel reporting and HRIS system
- Knowledge of latest payroll management system
- Possess a Minimum 2 Year(s) of related working experience, particularly in payroll processing
- A good team player, detailed, self-initiative, and a good sense of urgency to handle daily matters.
- Possess a positive attitude, and ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Able to multi-tasking, and work independently with good organizational skills.
- Interpersonal savvy, able to build a good relationship with internal staff and external parties.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Good time management and communication skills (verbal & written).
