Sales & Business Development Manager

This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for around 70% of the time in a year.
- Solicit new prospects and/or develop existing customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies for sales and promotion in Saudi Arabia.
- Acquire new partners, retaining and optimizing existing partners with the unique value proposition for MCE.
- Lead and execute partner engagement, business growth strategy, and overall partner performance (across technical, sales, go-to-market) for all partners across solution areas and markets. You will need to manage partner relationships and growth for existing and future partners. Schedule regular partner meetings to understand the customer and market needs.
- Initiate and collaborate with internal teams to launch sales-promoting and demand generation activities to sustain market growth with partners. This includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the respective market.
- Build, manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accurate reporting in partner sales forecast.
- Manage and develop customer contact base and drive the sales of our service and partner offerings.
- Building brand affinity for MCE.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
