**Company Description**
Payd is a “force for good” startup in with a focus on employee financial wellbeing. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Malaysia.

We’re passionate about our project and our goal is to help provide financial flexibility to those who need it in Southeast Asia. We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager with relevant experience, working to help onboard and trouble shoot for individual users.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Building and fostering trusted relationships with users of our platform
- Handling incoming calls, managing service enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
- Building out a tracker to understand and better help solve user issues.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Have 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Have proven experience managing user/client relationships
- Are an effective communicator with good phone manner
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and as a part of a results oriented team
