Sales & Marketing Coordinator

1. Follow up on customers’ reservation with menus. 2. Assist in ensuring recording and filing in the department are in order. 3. Type menus, fax and follow up for confirmation. 4. Issue invoices to customers. 5. Co-ordinate any changes between customers, chef and service department. 6. Disseminate sales related information to other departments as and when required. 7. Attend to all pre-function meeting as and when required. 8. Establish and maintain effective employee relation. 9. Maintain the required level of corporate confidentiality. 10. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned. 11. Maintain the customer database system up to date at all times.
