**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
- Provide timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials that effectively communicate the company's culture, values, and benefits.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization.
- Understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and offer strategic advice and insights.
- Foster a collaborative and consultative approach to recruitment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
- Share industry knowledge, best practices, and techniques to foster continuous learning and development within the recruitment team.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge and experience in Fintech industry would be an added advantage

**Salary**: From RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
