Responsibilities:

- Provide coordination and administration support to the department team
- Handle general administrative support duties
- Handle admin operation process (Weekly payment, updating budgetary etc;)
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team
- Preparation and assist of staff claims
- Prepare ad-hoc assignment on request

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum CGPA 3.00
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess a mature personality and able to work independently

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
