Office Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Guest reception and hospitality.
- Courier and delivery logistics coordination.
- In charge of office safety measurements management, in compliance with the authorities' rules and regulations.
- Liaison with office vendors and suppliers.
- Replenishment of pantry, stationery, and office supplies according to budget.
- Responsible for the maintenance of office cleanliness and regular servicing of air-cons and other fittings.
- Ensure the overall smooth running of the office daily operations, including but not limited to meeting room booking.
- Organise employee engagement activities, F&B for team meals, and birthday celebrations.
- Travel policy upkeeping and dealing with relevant travel agencies.
- Support Employees’ travel and troubleshooting travel process as required.
- Any ad hoc projects and/or task assigned by the management.
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Resilience to challenges and has successfully risen above and beyond.
- Independence and resourcefulness in finding creative solutions or sensible next steps, especially in ambiguous and fast-paced situations.

**Basic Requirements**
- Meticulous with a good eye for details
- Fluency in English (for both spoken and written communication)
- 2-3 years’ work experience in similar capacity or with transferable skill sets.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
