Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Accountable and responsible for the assigned product's successful fulfillment and the effective coordination & delivery of all confirmed Non-Complex/Non-Bulk Service Orders that have been created based on Corporate, Government, Large SME and Wholesale Enterprise Customer’s validated requests, within the agreed timeline/SLA/RFS dates till services are activated and billed.

What are you accountable for?
- Displays good understanding and comprehension of Order Delivery Management business processes from End to End, and is responsible for establishing progressively improving processes towards the new and evolving Order Delivery goals and ambitions, by working alongside Order Delivery Leads, Coordinators and Sales Channels in collaboration with other respective teams/stakeholders such as Network Delivery, Fibre Command, Product, etc
- The ability to capture and produce on the job practices and "how to" knowledge base documentation, for the benefits of the overall team and products assigned. Effectively cascading such knowledge to peers and the order delivery coordinators in order reduce knowledge gaps.
- Responsible to handle assigned escalations, critical orders and jeopardy management alongside the Head of Enterprise Customer Operations & Order Management as well as the Order Delivery Leads and perform detailed investigations and Root Cause Analysis for learning and improvement. And the ability to engage and work with other functions to drive the escalation into resolution with customer satisfaction and common goal in mind.
- Other Relevant Operations Management tasks across the Enterprise Customer Operations and Order Management team, as the need and requirement arises.
- Flexibility to remain contactable as when there are arising, urgent and critical order delivery timelines.

What do you need to have for this role?
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree, specialized in: Telecommunication, Communication, or IT
- Work Experience: 5- 8 years working experiences in Telco industry
- Skills / Knowledge: Have networking background especially in service provider or enterprise area. Good understanding of wired and wireless products. Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good written, oral and interpersonal skills. Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
