- **Your new role**:_
- Provide secretarial administrative support to the Director and the parties identified of a confidential nature.
- Assist on financial records keeping.
- Assist and coordinate business meetings locally and abroad. Schedule appointments, prepare materials and make arrangements for meetings as and when required.
- Manage flights, accommodation & visa arrangements for all employees and visiting guests.
- **What you'll need to succeed in this role**:_
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences and proven good track record
- Solid knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Tools

**Job Offer**:

- **Additional Info**:_
- Working hour from Monday to Friday; 08:30 - 18:00.
- Medical coverage is extended to dependents.
- Flexibility of WFH one day in a week, depending on the team arrangement

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
