**Job Descriptions: -**
- Playing the role of a key partner in ensuring recruitment needs are met, sharing critical information with hiring managers and keeping them regularly informed on progress.
- Perform fast-pace high-level sourcing for all levels of positions in the company.
- Weekly report to hiring managers on the status of open positions and target achievement.
- Perform pre-employment checks if required.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding process.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to end (from managing job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews and etc); conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Prepares correspondence letters - offer letters, appointment letters, promotion and or increment letters, confirmation letters, acceptance of resignation letters, employees’ verification letters and etc.
- Conduct orientation / induction for all newly join staff.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.

**Work Requirement: -**
- **At least 1 year working experience in the related field**.
- **Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.**:

- Willing work to travel around **Selangor area.**:

- **Possess own transport**.
- Good in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
