Hi, our client's is currently looking for anyone interested to joined their team as customer support consultant specifically in their call center department. This is a junior level position that offers the opportunity to hone skills as a Helpdesk support professional.
- Handle Customer enquiry via telephone to provide information and assistance (Mainly regarding the WIFI and Broadband troubleshooting)
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.
- To provide accurate information and updates to consumers always.
- To capture and update the right information provided and obtained from consumers onto the system always.
- To attend and to meet all the key responsibilities within the required turn-around time set forth by the Company.

Requirement:

- Must have fluency in English language
- Talkative and jovial personality also very encouraged to try
- Willing to perform 24/7 rotating shift

Additional information
- OT is claimable
- Normal Days - 1 hour (RM15), 2 hours (RM30), 3 hours (RM68)
- Rest Day (Call In) - RM68 + Mileage Claim
- Festival Pay (Raya, Deepavali, Chinese New Year & Christmas) - RM125 + Mileage Claim
- Public Holiday - Replacement Leave
- Shift allowance-RM300
