Human Resources Officer

Prepare monthly HR report.
- Prepare confirmation letter.
- Monitor attendance record and overtime verification.
- Leave management.
- Checking monthly reimbursement claims.
- Ensure all employment programs comply with labor law and regulations.
- Involve in company activities including annual dinner, sports day, birthday celebration, festive celebrations & etc.
- In charge of employees' insurance benefits
- Participate in salary & benefits surveys.
- Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas to improve performance.
- Any other task assigned by superior.
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
