HR Executive/ HR Officer

**Qualifications & experience**
- Preferably with prior experience managing foreign worker's welfare.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field of study will be an added advantage.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resource.
- Pleasant personality, good communications skills, independent and able to work well in a team.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
- Assist to handle full procedure for foreign workers data; passport, permit renewal.
- Assist to prepare for monthly medical claims, payroll summary
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to foreign worker recruitment and deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of all foreign workers, including contracts, visas, work permits, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor the welfare and well-being of foreign workers, including accommodation, health care, and social support.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
