HR Executive

**Key Accountabilities**
- Plan and execute recruitment activities aligned with the Company’s business objectives to fulfill manpower needs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to track, monitor, and analyze monthly/yearly attrition rates.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for all recruitment activities.
- Proactively build recruitment pipelines to address current and future vacancies.
- Handle the preparation of correspondence for new hires, such as salary proposals and Letters of Offer.
- Facilitate induction programs for new joiners to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Generate monthly manpower reports to provide insights into staffing trends and needs.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Support various HR activities and events as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
