Inbound sales Agent who generates revenue by converting prospects into customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Min 3 year of direct end customer sales experience preferably inside sales/tele sales
- 1-2 years' experience in IT H/W Print/PC CC sales [end to end]
- Advanced English Proficiency on Verbal and Expert Level for Chat
- Experience in SFDC and Other CRM platform is an advantage
- Worked in highly measured sales environment. Contact Rate, Conversion
- Typing speed: 40 words per min
- Proven aptitude to understand and converse about consumer technology
- Ability to demonstrate proficient selling techniques including discovery, closing and overcoming objections
- Excellent conversational English verbal communication, listening and comprehension skills
- Soft skills - selling techniques, professionalism, customer service, telephone time management

- Sales Effectiveness successfully manages and negotiates the sales cycle including discovering customer needs, articulating & creating value, handling objections, providing customer solutions with cross sell and upsell opportunities based upon customer need, asking for the sale, presentation skills
- Discovery & Investigation: asking both open-ended and closed-ended questions to uncover customer’s needs and concerns
- Value Creation: identifies and articulates the value brought to customers which address their needs and concerns
- Handling Objections: ability to address and overcome customer’s concerns that are prohibiting the close of the sale

- Presentation Skills: ability to articulate HP products and processes to customers

- Technical Skills: provides expertise on HP products, services & solutions to fill in the gaps of a customer’s needs
- Listening Skills: ability to listen for the customer’s “pain” & key customer clues and provide solutions to them

- Business Fundamentals: constantly applies HP policies and procedures guidelines. Understands and operates within the guidelines given.
- Understands customer’s issues that drive buying decisions and adjusts sales presentation accordingly
- Proactive Learner: will search proactively for answers before escalating. Actively searches for competitive, product and process information during times of low call volume.
- Time Management: effectively manages the call flow as well as time spent in-between calls
- Verbal Integrity: honest & realistic communication of HP deliverables and timeframes.
- Consistently delivers best-in class customer experience by selling appropriate solutions and giving honest recommendations and information.
- Projects a positive image of the HP brand to customers
- Positions products and solutions appropriately to targeted customer segments
- Actively pursues self-learning and self-development
- Adhere to standards regarding customer privacy as set out the Agreement

**Responsibilities**
- Proficient use of selling skills to ensure consumers are sold the right products and services
- Cross/up-sell products and services
- Provide comparative and competitive product information about consumer products
- Promote HP brand by inspiring and educating customers
- Assist customers with web-based interactions
- Capture customer profile information and interaction history
- Provide referrals to other HP and third-party organizations as needed
- Pass leads to the appropriate HP sales manager
- Provide order related assistance to customers
- Report web related problems or errors to HP on a timely basis
