- Sales Support:

- Search for new clients through cold calls, making appointments with clients and other methods
- Assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Help coordinate sales events and promotional activities.
- Support the preparation of sales quotes and proposals.

Operations Support:

- Assist with order fulfillment, including packaging and shipping coordination. If necessary assist with production as well.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely reordering.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain operational documentation and assist with process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
