Main Kitchen / Western / Pastry / Chinese / Asian / Staff Canteen
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Monitor stocks for all baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
- Must be a teamwork personality and serious in work
- Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly
- Always maintain kitchen cleanliness & communicate with team member

**Job Requirements**
- Experience minimum of 1 to 3 year in kitchen hospitality industry
- Possess Certificate / Diploma / Degree and any equivalent
- Shift work schedules
- Flexibility and able to work during Public Holiday and anytime required by operations
- Must have adhered to employee medical and safety requirements if are required
- Valid Typhoid injection & Food handler course
- Able to start immediately
- Prepared local sabahan

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
