Customer Care Administrator

**Job Scope**:
1. Salesforce CRM System
- Patient registration
- Patient record data entry/update
- Appointment booking/scheduling
- Check in/out patient
2. Salesforce POS System
- Issuing of receipts
- Stock updates/data-entry
- Reporting updates/data-entry
3. Attend to patients’ administrative needs/requests/follow-ups
4. Manage patient complaints
5. Sales transactions ie. cashier
6. Daily settlement & reconciliation of sales
7. Stock management - stationeries, drugs, office needs
8. Filing system management - patient files & other general admin files
9. Preparation of patient files for next day appointment
10. Statistics and Reports
11. Arrangement for dispatch/collection
12. Liaise with suppliers/vendors/contractors
13. Other general office administration

**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- 2-3 years customer service experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Early shift
