The Danaher Diagnostics platform consists of a community of Five fellow Diagnostics Companies including Beckman Coulter (Diagnostics), Leica Biosystems, Cepheid, Radiometer & Hemocue. The IT Supporter role is part of Radiometer, is responsible for supporting and maintaining our internal associates with 1st and 2nd level IT challenges and requests.

This position is part of the Global IT Support department, so you will be working in a global environment collaborating with colleagues around the world, to provide the best IT support.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage**:

- Hands-on and remote IT support to end-users in our global environment.
- Procurement, installation & troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
- Network patching and general hardware support.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Degree in Computer science or similar
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in building strong relations with peers and relevant stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience supporting end-users.
- Language requirements: English fluently in speech and writing.

**It would be a plus if you also possess**:

- Experience from working in an international organization.
- Great communication skills and meet the users at their level.
- General curiosity in IT technology and troubleshooting.
