Admin Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and answering telephone calls professionally
- Responsible for general administrative duties in the office
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning & etc
- Keep track and monitor of the office assets including laptops, buntings, uniform, etc
- Monitor the toner and ink for the printer, photocopy and fax machine
- Book travel arrangements/arrange meeting and appointments and provide reminders
- Provide general support to visitors
- To arrange and receive mails to and from the courier dispatcher
- To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
