In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company's objective, goals and strategies

**Main Responsibilities**

1. Developing robust pipelines and executing exciting partnership solutions

2. Proposing & presenting to Vice President & CEO on new opportunities, KPI performance and market trends.

3. Negotiating attractive partnerships and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

4. Channel development, implementation, management and monitoring/reporting of said partnerships, promotions & annual business plan KPIs.

**Key Requirements**

1. Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

2. Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.

3. Understand the air-rail intermodality business and its environment which includes the analysis of its impact on the Company and its competitors is a plus.

4. Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Familiarity with API & CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
