Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management: Effectively manage and maintain executives' calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and coordination.

Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative support remotely, including drafting and editing documents, preparing reports and presentations, organizing files and records, and managing digital files.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange all aspects of business travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, and visa processing. Anticipate and address any logístical challenges or changes related to travel.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate virtual meetings, conferences, and events. Take minutes, create agendas, distribute materials, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient virtual meeting outcomes.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by executives. Prepare concise summaries, reports, and presentations based on findings.

Confidentiality and Data Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and personal matters.

Task Prioritization and Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines remotely. Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of assignments.

Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and team members, fostering positive and professional relationships on behalf of executives through remote communication channels.

Travel Assistance: Occasionally travel to assist with business-related activities such as onsite meetings, conferences, or events. This may involve arranging transportation, accommodations, and coordinating logistics.

Ad hoc Support: Provide additional remote support as needed, which may include personal errands, event planning assistance, and other tasks to assist executives in their professional and personal responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting executives or senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and multitask remotely.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information remotely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well independently.
- Professional demeanor, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport remotely with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including occasional travel.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
