**The Role**

Overall, the TikTok Specialist will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and most importantly, sales through strategic planning, creative content creation, campaign management, and continuous optimization on the TikTok platform, with a specific focus on commerce-related objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective TikTok marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive online visibility, with a specific focus on commerce and sales.
- Create engaging and shareable TikTok content, including videos, challenges, and trends, that not only resonate with the target audience but also promote products/services and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize TikTok accounts, including profile setup, follower engagement, community management, and overseeing all aspects of TikTok ad campaigns aimed at driving commerce.
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad targeting, ad format selection, and reviewing creatives to ensure alignment with commerce objectives and maximize conversions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions geared towards driving sales.
- Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to not only amplify brand reach and engagement but also promote products/services effectively and drive sales.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, features, best practices, policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and compliant, with a focus on driving commerce.
- Conduct research and utilize analytics tools to gain insights into the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and interests on TikTok, with a specific focus on purchasing behaviors and intent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TikTok commerce strategies with broader marketing initiatives across different platforms and optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization and conversion optimization.
- Develop PPC strategies to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns aimed at driving commerce, including product launches, promotions, and sales events, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Maintain compliance with TikTok's policies and regulations while adapting strategies to leverage algorithm updates and industry trends effectively, with a specific focus on driving commerce and sales.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices, including TikTok Ads and algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
- Familiarity with TikTok advertising options and targeting capabilities, as well as proven experience on TikTok Ads platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with experience developing marketing campaigns, reviewing creatives, and directing creative partners.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in TikTok Ads, and ideally possessing a TikTok Academy certification.
- Experience with paid media strategies, including but not limited to social media advertising and live commerce initiatives.
- Proven ability to create engaging social content that drives audience interaction and conversion.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in live commerce, and the ability to integrate them effectively into TikTok marketing strategies.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
