**About the role**:
Work Location: 1 Powerhouse, Selangor Malaysia
Reporting To: Business Development Manager
Travel: 30% across country

**Key responsibilities**:
- Liaise with Distributor Partners to grow DaVinci Gourmet business in Malaysia.
- Achieve budget target for defined set of Key Accounts across Foodservice Brands
- Developing and managing Key Accounts (existing & new accounts)
- Work in collaboration with the Flavour Genius to introduce new product concepts to the market, in-line with latest market trends for customers.
- Partner with internals stakeholders (marketing) to conduct customer workshops/sessions for key accounts (to conduct beverage menu innovation sessions with customers)
- To identify opportunities and observe changes in the competitive landscape including competition, promotions, pricing trends & product positioning.
- Proactively works on account planning process to meet performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Present a monthly report on account results and sales.
- Provide forecast on a monthly basis to Country Manager for their key account.
- Conduct distributor & sub-distributor brand/sales training.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Foodservice sales.
- Ideally is well networked in the Foodservice channel in Malaysia and has prior experience working with distributors.
- Business level English and Malay is mandatory.
- Experience in Beverage menu creation will be an advantage.
- Skillful negotiating with and presenting to a variety of customer audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage LTOs (limited time offers) and regular engagements with key accounts.
