**Key Account Manager**

**Salary range: RM5,000 -RM6,000 + Commission**

**Working Hours: 9am - 6pm; Monday - Friday**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Ensure on-boarding processes meet overall campaign schedule and develop appropriate mitigation plan to secure on-boarding completion date
- Develop and build positive relationship with the customers, focused on overall campaign delivery
- Perform campaign monitor, control and report campaign execution status, progress and KPIs, ensure full and effective reporting to management such as weekly/monthly report and campaign reviews
- Handle inbound calls from campaigns referral, obtain consumer information and needs
- Record consumers' information in internal system
- Take care advertising clients especially Tier 1 clients with advanced account management tasks
- Upsell and renew existing clients

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in business related preferred
- 2 years+ Account Management experience, 1 year+ experience in working directly with Customers
- Project Management experience preferred
- Real estate experience preferred
- Website/listing portal account management experience preferred
- Software - knowledge in using all Microsoft product, especially Excel. Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills between internal staff and external customers
- Working with various stakeholders for different accounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
