Customer Service Clerk

_Job Responsibilities: _
- To deliver excellent customer service to KPJ Hospitals via phone and other channels
- To perform hospital processing order.
- To ensure all outstanding order to be invoice out.
- To assist customer on any inquiries related to stock.
- To offer alternative if needed, maintain related records for audit purposes.
- To transfer enough stock for consignment location.
- To assist purchasing personnel in tracking the hospital outstanding orders.
- Any other task assigned by Superior.
- Requirements: _
- Must possess at least an STPM, Diploma in any fields.
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written
- Be willing to work overtime.
- Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Fast learner with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends (based on alternate schedule).
- KPI’s shall consist but not limit to: _
- Achieve targeted revenue.
- Increase departmental cost-saving.
- Effective and efficient departmental operations running
- Good level of customer satisfaction
