Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer's complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer escalations and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, complaints and provide timely updates to the supervisor.
- Report issues and concerns immediately to the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
