As a Team Leader in our Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals focused on telemarketing and selling our HR payroll software solutions. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives specializing in telemarketing for HR payroll software solutions.
- Set sales targets, develop strategies, and monitor performance metrics to ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales quotas.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving collective goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Set individual growth goals for team members, provide support and resources to help them achieve personal and professional development milestones.
- Create a motivating and supportive environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in sales, specifically in telemarketing and selling HR payroll software solutions.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and software solutions is a plus.
