**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- **3 years working experience **in managing payroll.
- Able to speak in Mandarin, English and Malay language.
- Capable of working with little supervision and a team player.
- Up to 50 years old.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare and handle Malaysia's monthly payroll (350HC).
- Review Oversea monthly payroll (50HC).
- Manage staff's life cycle procedures, including hiring confirmation, probationary extensions, firing, resignation, contract renewal, and attendance monitoring.
- Prepare and check the monthly freelancer service charge.
- Assist the HR Manager / HR Head implement the system for staff benefits and compensation.
- Manage bank submissions files, payroll computations, payroll reports, monthly statutory reports, account reports, and other documents.
- Organize HR reports, including payroll breakdown, movement, headcount, and summary reports.
- Handle staff's claims, leave, company activities, and others.
- Perform any other duties as requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
